Jay Lambert is an experienced, professional, dynamic DJ and Music Producer receiving worldwide recognition for his unique mixing and high energy performances. With experience as a musician in bands, record store owner, and touring performer, Jay’s repertoire, back log, and passion for music is unparalleled in the world of music production. Born in Canada, Jay’s start in music was a childhood drumset. Mixing House Music in the Entertainment District of Toronto in 1988 was Jay’s initiation into the art of being a DJ. In the year 2000, Jay’s talents moved to the United States where he played the West Coast. After playing underground house music for several years, Jay returned to Toronto and formed a LIVE HOUSE act entitled, “The Beat Fabrikators” which included his brother, Trevor Lambert, and Alex Freeplay. The three of them pioneered the LIVE HOUSE performance art and have received worldwide recognition for their developments. With performance credits including Pacha London and The MET in Brisbane, Australia, Jay’s flawless mix and incredible personality are not to be forgotten. Jay has several releases on Beatport and was part of the jacks-house.com crew, performing internationally via their live internet channel. Jay has recently signed to Lil-life records, Serotonin Digital, Amazing Stuff, Yaiza, Plastik Philosophy, RedSeaDAnceRecords, JG recordings, where his serious groove and abundance of energy keeps everyone excited for what’s next!
