Welcome to the coolest party in the universe, an intergalactic journey through the senses… This is Space Jams Young and new to the music industry, JD began on student radio in September 2017 and instantly became heavily involved in the music scene in his local area in Southampton UK, quickly gaining the attention of popular FM station - Voice FM and then joined the drive time team and presented the drive time slots on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays In addition he is currently the head of music/ program controller at the very station he started at just under a year ago. He continued his music journey to Bristol where the sounds were ripe and plentiful, he then lent his presenting skills to BCFM on Getting Bristol Home on Wednesdays Upon trialing different show styles, presenting methods and exploring every mainstream genre in radio, JD realised his heart and passion was devoted to music of a very unconventional nature, it was in October 2018, his brand - Space Jams was born Space Jams is an ongoing mix series that dares to be experimental but ultimately provides something for everyone. Expect big mixtures of disco, synthwave, lofi, vaporwave, chillwave, nu-disco, future funk, techno, ambient, downtempo, indie, liquid and and everything in-between Plus every week, Space Jams features special guest mixes in the second half, with the occasional live performance too! Every show is very different and we hope you enjoy your stay JD has since begin live dj-ing at events in Bristol/ London under the Space Jams label and Space Jams Radio now broadcasts on a selection of radio stations around the world.
